Hi for everybody!!!
This time our main topic is "CREATIVITY". Creativity is the ability to think up and design new inventions, produce works of art, solve problems in new ways, or develop an idea based on an original, novel, or unconventional approach.; is the ability to see something in a new way, to see and solve problems no one else may know exists, and to engage in mental and physical experiences that are new, unique, or different. Creativity is a critical aspect of a person's life, starting from inside the womb onward through adulthood.

Narnia…a magic world
Narnia is an imaginary place where animals can talk, exist mythical beasts, and magic is common. The story of Narnia begins when humans, special children, enter to the Narnian world from Earth. This time, I’m going to talk about the second book “The lion, the witch and the wardrobe” where Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy entered Narnia through a wardrobe had built from the wood of a magical Narnian tree. They help Aslan (the lion) to rescue the Narnia realm and save it from the White Witch.
The main characters are:
Peter: One of the four brothers Pevensie. Won time in the battle to get Aslan’s help. He received the king Narnia title. Susan: She’s the second Queen of Narnia. Edmund: He is the only Pevensie brother, that had a direct contact with the White Witch, because he betray his brothers and all Narnia, but then he can repair that terrible mistake. Lucy: Is the first person, who discovered the wonderful Narnia World, she really trusts in it. At the first time, she knows Mr. Tumnus (a faun) who guides and protects her.
Some people said that this story have a relation with the Christianity. Of course, darkness is always versus good side. In this case, the White Witch represents the devil, the bad things and values like: envy, selfishness, arrogance, and individualism. In the other part, we can find Aslan, the lion that represents God and show to the children a pure way full of happiness, fraternity, loyalty, love.
It’s very interesting to know that this book had its own film, but the difference is when you read a book the mental images are creating by yourself, without standars or sterotypes, also too, in the original text you can find some expressions in “old English” like Do please tell us what’s happened to Mr. Tumnus!! or I do believe, but how queer! They’re nibbling away at the cords.
Hi Paty. I am glad to have read your comments and opinios on what you read. Most students skip this part because they do not know what to say. Just keep your reports on this tone.
Keep posted!
